Can I take a car in the Car&More model that is not in the offer listed on the website?

Yes. If we don’t currently have the car you’re interested in on offer, but you know of a traditional offer for a car that interests you, get in touch with us and we’ll confirm whether that particular car meets the basic Car&More requirements and whether we can offer it to you within Car&More. The main parameters we typically consider when deciding on such an exceptional inclusion of a car into Car&More are, for example, the age of the car, mileage, technical condition, number of previous owners, service history and factory warranty (if it exists).

What documents do I need to use the offer / sign the contract?

When signing your Car&More contract, be ready to present your ID card and, if needed, your driver's license. The entire process is based on the data you provided to us electronically during the car reservation process.

What is Car&More and why is it worth choosing our offer

Car&More means carefully selected, nearly new cars available under a model of low loan or lease installments. We offer young, 2–4 year old used cars from the best Polish dealers, including cars not available anywhere else. All cars come with a warranty, so you don't have to worry about the costs of unforeseen repairs. In addition, you have the option to use extra services that you can easily tailor to your needs and that will make refueling your dream car practically the only thing you'll have to think about. On our platform, you configure how you want to finance the vehicle and which additional services you want to use. You buy the way you want.

How do I book a seasonal tire change?

Accepted Answer

Every spring and autumn, Car&More will remind drivers about the need to switch to summer or winter tires. If you've purchased the Tire Package, you'll automatically be booked at the nearest Car&More partner tire service for a tire change. Our specialists are available around the clock, 7 days a week, to help you in such cases. You'll be directed to the nearest tire service cooperating with Car&More or to the place where you already store your tires. Remember to plan your switch to summer tires no later than April and to winter tires no later than November.

Can I travel abroad while using your services?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can go on holiday with your family or on a business trip abroad. Keep in mind, however, that the Additional Packages Agreement, apart from Assistance, only covers the territory of the Republic of Poland.

Can I use the rented car as an Uber, taxi, etc.?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, no, we do not allow our vehicles to be used for the professional provision of passenger transport services. Likewise, Car&More cars may not be modified mechanically or visually and may not take part in any motorsport, races or competitions. If you fail to follow these rules, you risk immediate termination of the Additional Packages Agreement and an obligation to cover the damage caused by such modifications or activities.

I'm in! What does finalising the transaction look like after the test drive?

Once you've made a reservation, you can take a test drive or go straight to finalising the contract. The process usually takes 7–10 days and consists of the following steps:

Can I place advertising on the car or make other modifications?

Accepted Answer

Any such case has to be assessed individually, whether the modifications you make will still allow the car to be restored to its original condition when it is returned. Keep in mind that when the vehicle is returned to Car&More, a qualified expert will confirm whether the wear is the result of “normal use”. If there is excessive wear or damage, you will have to cover the cost of repairs and of restoring the vehicle to its expected condition.

How much time do I have for a test drive after confirming the car reservation?

Accepted Answer

When you reserve a car with Car&More, it is usually blocked for you at the dealer for 48 hours. During this period you can take a test drive, on the basis of which you can check the car and make your decision about the rental. If you can't decide already during the drive at the dealer, you have another 24 hours for your final answer, the car is still blocked for you during that time. If you don't make a decision within this time, the car returns to the website and becomes visible to other users.

Who provides the financing for a car from Car&More?

In short, Car&More's financing offer is a lease or a loan with no obligation to buy the car out at the end of the contract. Car&More cars are financed by our financial partners, i.e. leading leasing companies in Poland, such as BMW Financial Services, VW Financial Services, Alior Leasing, Impuls Leasing, EFL, Santander Consumer Bank or BNP. We keep adding new partners, including further leasing companies, so that our customers get the most favourable financial terms for using their car.

What does it mean that a car at Car&More is available „right away”?

The cars offered at Car&More are physically available right away at all the dealers we work with. It's up to you how quickly you'll be driving your new car. Choose a car, decide whether you want a test drive or not, pay the down payment, and in about 7 business days you can pick up the keys to a registered vehicle. That's all the time we need to handle all the formalities for you and deliver the vehicle. With us, you don't have to wait long months to enjoy driving the car of your dreams.

Why do I have to provide my personal data, including e.g. my PESEL/NIP number?

We need your personal data for three reasons: (1) to prepare the financing contract and the contract for additional packages, (2) for the financial institution to verify your creditworthiness, and (3) to register you as the user of a car covered by an insurance policy. Why can the monthly instalments for Car&More vehicles be so low?

Accepted Answer

The low-instalment model is a very popular leasing or loan format worldwide that doesn't require buying out the car at the end of the contract. In practice, you therefore pay for the actual loss of the car's value, without having to worry about selling the vehicle. At Car&More we offer 2-4-year-old used cars, which have already gone through the period of the largest drop in value they had as new cars. Yet they are still cars in excellent technical condition. So you can enjoy driving with complete freedom. At the end of the contract you have three options: (1) extend the contract and keep using the car, (2) hand back the car and take another one, or (3) buy the car for yourself at a price agreed with you in advance.

As part of the monthly payments, the driver pays a fixed instalment set in advance, which may include all or some of the costs related to running the car. Thanks to our large operating scale, we are able to offer you prices on these products that are not normally available to retail customers.

Can I buy out the car after the contract ends?

Accepted Answer

Yes. This is one of three options for ending the contract. You have three choices: (1) extend the contract and keep using the car, (2) leave the car with us (and perhaps take another one), or (3) buy out the car. At the end of the contract you have the option to buy out the car, at the buyout value set in advance when signing the financing contract (for leasing) or the balloon payment (for a loan). If you buy out the car, its technical and cosmetic condition (which would normally be settled) will not be taken into account.

Can I end the contract before the term I signed up for expires?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if you're an individual customer and you've purchased the Flex Package, you can do so after just 6 months, returning the vehicle to Car&More at no cost. In that case all the Additional Packages you purchased also expire. If you'd like to keep using the car, you can buy it out according to the outstanding balance at that moment with the bank or leasing company. The rules for ending the contract early follow the policy of the relevant financing partner.

What additional options beyond the Basic Package are available for my car?

The Basic Package alone already lets you enjoy great comfort when using the car. Beyond it, five additional options are available: (1) the Insurance Package (comprehensive/third-party/accident), (2) the Tyre Package, (3) the Full Service Package, (4) the Assistance Package, (5) the Flex Package. Each additional package brings its own benefits:

Can I reserve a car for a limited liability company (sp. z o.o.) or other types of capital companies?

Yes. At present, a reservation can be made as a private individual ("Privately") or as a sole trader running a one-person business, as well as other business entities, including capital companies (limited liability companies, limited partnerships, joint-stock companies) ("For a Company").

What does it mean that the cars have been „thoroughly inspected”?

Accepted Answer

Every car offered at Car&More comes from the Polish dealer network and has been thoroughly inspected in terms of its technical condition (mechanically and bodywork-wise) as well as its overall appearance and level of wear, in line with the policies of the automotive groups. What's more, we are so confident in the technical condition of our cars that all vehicles offered by Car&More always come with a full warranty (manufacturer's or equivalent), which provides additional protection against any unforeseen costs.

What should I do when the date of a periodic inspection is approaching?

In that case, get in touch with our round-the-clock Technical Centre, whose number you'll find in the documents handed over with the car and on our website. Our specialists work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to be able to help you in such situations. You'll be directed to the nearest inspection station. Remember to schedule the inspection according to its timetable, i.e. you shouldn't exceed the date or the number of kilometres driven indicated in the service book or the vehicle registration document. You'll find the maximum permissible deviations from these standards in the Additional Packages Agreement. Remember that regular inspections are a condition of, among other things, your warranty protection.

Is it possible to use an authorized service center other than the one specified in the contract?

Accepted Answer

Remember that your car is under full warranty. To be able to use it, you should service the car at places that know and ensure full compliance of servicing procedures with the manufacturer's requirements. By using the Car&More offer, you gain access to authorized service centers of the given vehicle brand or Bosch points. We encourage you to use service technicians of a similar class so that you don't have to worry about the quality of the repairs performed. The cheapest way to do this is by using the Car&More Full Service subscription, but you can also do it on your own. Remember that your car is under full warranty. To be able to use it, you should service the car at places that know and ensure full compliance of servicing procedures with the manufacturer's requirements. By using the Car&More offer, you gain access to authorized service centers of the given vehicle brand or Bosch points. We encourage you to use service technicians of a similar class so that you don't have to worry about the quality of the repairs performed. The cheapest way to do this is by using the Car&More Full Service subscription, but you can also do it on your own. What should I do if I lose the car documents or keys? In such a case, contact the financing entity as soon as possible to inform them of the event and follow their procedures. Such an event involves the necessary administrative fees, which you will be charged. Additionally, an administrative fee will be charged in accordance with the financier's price list.

What does the Car&More Basic Package include?

The Basic Package includes four elements that make up the monthly instalment: (1) the financial part, which normally reflects the cost of the car's depreciation over the contract, (2) the manufacturer's warranty or one equivalent to the manufacturer's, (3) basic servicing (Basic Service), covering periodic inspections and the replacement of fluids and filters together with the workshop labour, and (4) the online package, thanks to which you don't have to worry about re-registration, collecting the vehicle and other related formalities. As part of the Package you also gain access to the Car&More Technical Centre, which will give you full comfort in operating the vehicle and managing the related costs.

What should I do if I get a fine or the police stop me?

Accepted Answer

If the police stop you for a traffic offence, present your personal documents and respond to the proposed fine. That's a matter between you and the police, and it's up to your decisions how you want to settle any fine. If, during the stop, the police raise concerns about the vehicle's technical condition, remember to contact Car&More's 24/7 Technical Centre. If you're a leaseholder, in the case of your offence being recorded by a speed camera, you'll have to pay an additional administrative fee in line with the fee schedule of the financial institution that provided the financing for the vehicle.

How are the instalment payments settled, and who is the beneficiary of the payments?

Individual: The Additional Packages (except the Insurance Package and the Flex Package) are added to the value of the financed item, which also includes the vehicle. This part is settled through monthly payments to the financing institution. The Insurance Package and the Flex Package are settled directly between Car&More and the customer (separately). Business: The Additional Packages are the subject of a separate agreement and payments between the Customer and Car&More. Under the Additional Packages Agreement, Car&More issues the customer a monthly invoice.

We update our offer every hour, so we encourage you to visit the Car&More site often. In addition, if you sign up for our newsletter, you can also receive periodic offers featuring mainly new arrivals and so-called HOT DEALS. What should I do when the roadworthiness inspection date is approaching?

In that case, get in touch with our 24/7 Technical Centre, whose number you'll find in the documents handed over with the car, as well as on our website. Our specialists work around the clock, 7 days a week, so they can help you in situations like this. You'll be directed to the nearest inspection station. Remember to schedule the inspection according to its timetable, i.e. you shouldn't exceed the date or the number of kilometres indicated in the service book or vehicle registration document. If you miss the indicated inspection deadline, the vehicle may be stopped by the police and is no longer covered by warranty service. In that case you'll have to cover all costs related to these events yourself.

Is it possible to withdraw from the contract, and if so, what are the consequences?

Accepted Answer

From a business customer's perspective, since the Car&More service starts being provided the moment the car keys are handed over, unfortunately there is no option to withdraw from the contract after you have collected the car. If you are a private individual (not a business), you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days provided the car has not been used during that time. Additionally, if you have purchased the Flex Package, after 6 months you can return the vehicle, and Car&More will settle the entire outstanding balance of your account with the Bank.

What are the consequences if I exceed the agreed mileage limit?

At the end of the contract, we'll compare the actual odometer reading with the initial mileage plus the annual mileage limit you declared. If your current mileage is below the limit, you don't pay anything extra. However, if you've exceeded the declared mileage limit, we'll ask you to settle it at a rate of 0.30 PLN gross per km over the limit.

Can I add another add-on option during the contract term?

Accepted Answer

Yes. At any point during the contract you can expand your package by adding more Add-on Options. You get in touch with us and tell us which option you'd like to add. We confirm the price of that option for your car with you. If everything is fine, we add that Option to your installment. The added option becomes active 30 days after it's added.

What should I do if the car gets towed (for parking)?

Accepted Answer

You follow the procedures of the police and/or municipal wardens for such cases. You cover all costs related to the incident yourself. In such cases, also observe the provisions of the leasing agreement (company) or the loan agreement (private individual).

What is the shortest period for which a car can be financed at Car&More?

Accepted Answer

The minimum period for which a financing agreement can be concluded is 24 months. We don't offer shorter arrangements in our product range, unless you purchase the Flex Package from us, which lets you end the agreement before that period.

Where do the cars offered by Car&More come from?

Car&More cars are carefully selected, and artificial intelligence algorithms help us with this too. That way we find you vehicles at attractive prices. The cars come exclusively from Poland's largest authorised dealers as well as directly from manufacturers and factory importers. The cars are mostly ex-lease vehicles. There are also cars with minimal mileage, including former demo cars. All cars are covered by Certified Pre-Owned programmes in line with the highest standards of the largest automotive manufacturers.

If your vehicle is immobilised and you have full Car&More assistance, the Technical Centre will send a tow truck for you, and if the repair takes longer than 24 hours you'll receive a replacement vehicle.

What should I do if I have an accident/collision or want to file an insurance claim?

In emergencies, contact our Technical Center, whose number you'll find in the documents provided with the car and on our website. Our specialists are available around the clock, 7 days a week, to help you in such cases. Depending on the type of damage and the Additional Packages you've purchased with Car&More, you'll be entitled to towing to the nearest body and paint repair shop. In the case of a claim under the at-fault party's third-party liability (OC) insurance, or a comprehensive (AC) claim with full assistance purchased, you'll also be entitled to a replacement car for the entire duration of the repair.

I didn't choose the Service Full option. Can I use non-authorised workshops to repair/service my car?

Remember that your car has a full warranty. To be able to make use of it, you should service the car at places that know and ensure full compliance of service procedures with the manufacturer's requirements. By using the Car&More offer, you gain access to service at authorised workshops of the given vehicle brand or Bosch outlets. We encourage you to use servicing of a similar standard, so that you don't have to worry about the quality of the repairs carried out. The cheapest way to do this is by using the Car&More Service Full Additional Package, but you can also do it on your own.

Do I have the option to extend the contract, e.g. for another 12 months?

Yes, absolutely. As the end of the contract approaches, we'll reach out to you to confirm your decision. You have three options to choose from: (1) extend the contract and keep using the car, (2) leave the car with us (and take another one), or (3) buy the car out. If you decide to extend the contract, you simply choose that option. The contract is then amended for the agreed period. Other than that, nothing changes on your end.

We believe that the current Basic Package, complemented by the Additional Options (Insurance Package, Full Service Package, Tyre Package, Assistance Package, Flex Package), gives very broad possibilities to tailor the Car&More offer to your needs.

We are working hard to offer further additional services in the near future that bring even more benefits. For example, we are working on a fuel card (which significantly streamlines refuelling and comes with numerous benefits at various stations), a Car Wash package, assistance packages even better tailored to your needs, and an in-car GPS service.

The Insurance Package is one of the Additional Options. This means it isn't included in the Basic Package and you don't have to opt for it (although we sincerely encourage you to take advantage of this option).

Remember that the car you're buying is covered by a statutory warranty (for individual customers), and the warranty included in the Basic Package protects the vehicle's technical condition. The vehicle also comes from an authorized dealer of established reputation. So you can go to any showroom, take your dream car for a drive, and then order the very same one on our website with door-to-door delivery.

Can I cancel a chosen add-on option during the term of the contract?

Unfortunately, no. The Additional Options were specifically designed so that, thanks to a low monthly cost, they cover the potential cost of the services provided under these packages over the entire term of the contract. This is exactly what allows us to offer you such attractive prices for the Additional Options.

Who owns the car during the financing agreement?

Accepted Answer

Every Car&More car is purchased from a dealer or importer and remains the property of our leasing partners (for businesses) or yours (for individual customers). No matter how the cars are financed, during the agreement the car is exclusively at your disposal and only you can use it. As Car&More, we assure you that the car will be fully operational throughout the agreement. Once the agreement ends, you can extend it and simply keep driving, hand the car back (and take another one), or buy it out and own it. We work only with the best banks and leasing companies, which is why our financing offer is fully transparent and clear.

Can I reserve more than one car?

No. For now you can reserve only one car on the Car&More platform. Over the next 3 months we're working on adding a feature that will let you take advantage of the Car&More offer for several cars, including fleet solutions for businesses.

What should I do if the car is stolen?

First of all, report the matter to the police as soon as possible. In addition, you should notify the insurer and Car&More of the incident as quickly as possible. From then on, you'll follow the police and insurance procedures. In the event of vehicle theft, the Additional Packages Agreement is automatically terminated.
